Hotel Review

Review: Ramada Hotel & Suites Namdaemun

I recently wrapped up a two week trip to S. Korea with a final night in Seoul.  Most of my time in Korea was spent in the Pyeongchang region about four hours to the east of Seoul, so it was nice to be in the city for my final night.  Since my travel plans were up in the air near the end of my trip I didn't get a chance to book a hotel until the night before I headed to Seoul.  At first I was considering the W Seoul Walkerhill or the Westin Chonsun Seoul.  Since I was only going to be there a night I figured why not stay somewhere nice.  Both hotels were offering rates around $225.

Review: El Conquistador Resort

Perched on a three hundred foot cliff overlooking the Caribbean, El Conquistador Resort definitely satisfies the requirement for incredible views.  El Conquistador is a Waldorf Astoria Resort, which also means it's part of the Hilton Honors program.  The resort is located on the island of Puerto Rico about an hour west of San Juan's airport.  You can arrange roundtrip ground transportation by contacting the resort before your stay.

Review: Crowne Plaza Athens City Centre

I had the rare occasion to spend two weeks at the Crowne Plaza Athens City Centre when I was in Athens for Business.  The hotel is located about a twenty minute drive from the airport and about a twenty minute walk to Parliament and many of Athens ancient attractions.  Public transportation is nearby and taxis are easy to find out front.
